The shampoo is where you begin to relax, and we created this space for that purpose. Low lighting sets the mood, and we spend a LOT of time on the scalp massage, one of our signature treatments. What is the purpose of the Color Bar being in the main salon area?We wanted our guests to know that color is an art, and being artists, we wanted to share what goes into each “painting”. Every color becomes an experience – much like a chef creating a gourmet salad for you at the dinner table – and actually witnessing what happens enhances the color experience. |
I noticed that your stylists have different prices for cuts and colors. Why?Pricing for our individual stylists is determined by their experience, and most importantly, by the amount of additional training they have taken. Our best educated stylists have not necessarily been providing services for the longest amount of time, but they HAVE continued to expand the types of styles they can offer, and to gain in-depth knowledge of the color process, to ensure that each client’s unique personality (not to mention unique hair texture) is expressed in the style and color. Our new stylists have great talent as well, which gives you an opportunity to grow with them, as they get better and better at their trade. While they’re learning new techniques, they are always seeking advice under the guidance of our more experienced staff, but at a slightly reduced price. When you look good, you know it…and every one on our staff consults with each other to provide you with a look and color that will make your family, friends, and co-workers take notice!! |
What’s the purpose of the new color processing room?C’mon…no one else in public sees you in foils. We thought we could at least limit the number of people who see you before you are at your very best.Trust us…it’s a good thing. Seriously...we have had several requests from our guests to provide a quiet place to process, and they suggested we offer manicure services while-you-wait. THANKS for the tip!! We recently installed a manicure station in the processing room, for you to take advantage of the down time, so INDUULGE YOURSELF and save 10% on a manicure service!! |
